File Watcher is a tool that monitors one or more folders to be aware when they receive new files. When a new file is copied to any of these folders, then a predefined action is run (for example a second program with the newly received files).
File Watcher is designed to be used by programs that send files via FTP, to control changes to PDF files, to load or add new information to a database, etc.
You can configure File Watcher to filter the files being watched (for example only TXT or HTML) and ignore the rest.
